Eola Hills Puppies

Our Puppies will leave here with all inoculations, de-worming, and other precautions taken in advance. Puppies will have a vet check, a written health guarantee; you will receive a shot record for your veterinarian's continued immunization care, plus a puppy packet of instructions for how to begin the crate training. We highly recommend that you begin with this training.

We evaluate all of our puppies beginning at the age of 5 weeks and continuing until their 7th-8th week. At this age, the puppies begin to tumble, and they are sizing up each sibling in the litter to see who is who. Leader, follower, friend, fighter, etc. This period is so important to the future life of the dog. They can then be placed with homes that match his or her temperament. We work to educate you on the different type of personalities. We do feel that with the type of parents we have in our breeding program you are assured of getting a quality puppy.

We encourage you to continue training your puppy, there are lots of good training facilities in most areas. Children and puppies love to learn; what better opportunity than to take both to a puppy class to learn the basic training in obedience, guaranteed all will enjoy and benefit from this.

We encourage our local families to come visit our kennels by appointment. Those that are far away we will provide you all the information we can to help place the right puppy in the right home.

We strongly believe that a solid foundation is extremely fundamental in the up bringing of our puppies and therefore our puppies are socialized extensively. Hard work and dedication goes into each puppy that is born here at Eolahills. We ask that prior to contacting us that you carefully read through our website to learn a bit about us.

Our puppies are raised on a combination of whole foods and a dry kibble diet. Each litter is well thought out and planned to combine exceptional genetics to produce sound, correct Goldens. We feel very strongly about the damage that commercial dog food and yearly vaccinations cause and therefore we prefer that our puppies go on to homes that are conscientious about their dogs diet. If you are unsure of where to begin, please contact us and we will be more than happy to mentor you. We promise the ultimate support in raising your Golden with a more natural diet, with their health being first and foremost.

We interview all prospective buyers thoroughly to help us in matching you with just the right puppy for your lifestyle. All of our puppies are placed after appropriate health checks. All Companion puppies are sold on spay and neuter contracts with limited registration. We do not sell dogs for the sole purpose of "breeding". All Show and Performance prospects are sold by private treaty. We encourage all of our puppy buyers to pursue different activities with their Golden's, promoting their natural talent and drive.

We are also adamant that if at any point you can no longer keep your puppy/dog that you contact us. We will provide the dog with a loving home until a new home can be found. A dog bred by us always has a home with us.
